Works well, the color gets darker

The cliché is doing its job and making great bread, but black dots are starting to appear on the cream cliché and cracks are appearing in the oven. Bag. Black spots can appear, but not without a fair amount of elbowing and a few types of scrubbing. Too bad I ordered a darker color.
