Review on ๐Ÿ–ฑ๏ธ Logitech MX Master Wireless Mouse: High-Precision Sensor, Easy-Switch up to 3 devices, Meteorite Black by Bambang (Bamz) แ Œ

Not exactly the product I wanted, the price and quality do not match.

The majority of the time, the ASUS ZenBook 13 UX333FN is operated using a mouse. 1. Concerns with Google Chrome When I remove the inversion from everywhere, Chrome switches the tabs normally. However, when I remove the inversion from the side wheel, it works the other way around in Chrome. Faced with difficulty the side wheel is inverted by default. After that, I configure it separately for chrome and activate the inversion setting on the side wheel. There is no progress. After that point, the settings are permanently frozen in place. There is no way to alter anything; the settings can only be restored to their original state. 2. The reason for authorization is not entirely clear. In light of the other issues, I uninstalled and reinstalled this software multiple times, and each time, I logged into my account by using Google mail. The configurations are not being saved. Why do I even need to log in if I'm already here? 3. Reinstalling software is the equivalent of dancing with a tambourine I made the decision to install the software, and after I did so, the application prompted me to log in. However, after I did so using my Google Mail account, nothing happened. I restart the application, but all that appears to be working is the gray rectangle. Everything. Reinstalling does not improve the situation because the algorithm remains the same. Support suggested deleting several logi files from hidden folders(!) The first time it worked, but the next time it didn't. The second time, I had to first use the Unifying utility to deactivate the mouse, then remove all logi files from the computer, and finally use the application to clean the registry; only after doing all of those things was everything able to function normally again (!) 4. The mouse is incompatible with the Bluetooth connection. I just did nothing, installed drivers, removed drivers, disabled HID devices, turned off all bluetooth devices, and deleted all logi software. There is a problem connecting the mouse. I examined the compatibility of the various versions of Bluetooth, and they function on other machines as well. The assistance was of no use. 5. Support unique to Logitech products. I began my explanation of the issue by focusing on the third point. I have been given the recommendation to use compressed air to blow out the mouse, in addition to other suggestions that pertain to mechanical harm. I had the impression that they did not read the letter I sent them. When I described the issue beginning with the fifth point, the support staff spent one and a half weeks identifying the models of all of my devices. In the end, they suggested updating the drivers, despite the fact that I had informed them that I had already done so at the very beginning.

Pros
  • Wheel of dope scrolling Wheel to scroll on the side The capacity to install supplementary functionalities on buttons and wheels And a good mouse in general, even if it weren't for everything else)
Cons
  • The bottom line about software I have not encountered such issues anywhere, not even on low-quality products manufactured in China. A mouse that costs ten dollars might have software problems, which makes perfect sense, but a mouse that costs one hundred dollars ought to function normally.
