This review relates to this belt: Klein Tools 5225 I've been using it as a tool belt for a little over a year. It easily carries a tool pouch that weighs about 10 pounds, as well as a second pouch that weighs 5 pounds and a loop for a roof axe. I've also used it with all of the previous ones plus a cordless drill case. Never a problem keeping the weight off. The same belt was purchased and used by an assistant with a similar tool load. Both bands are very stable and well made. The straps are fairly stiff, making them good for holding heavily loaded tool bags. Holsters for cordless drills etc. The only problem I had was that once or twice while working on a roof I found myself accidentally pinching both buckles at the same time causing the belt to come loose. .I bought this belt with a metal buckle because the same way of opening often occurs with a belt with a plastic buckle of a similar design. This belt (5225) almost completely eliminated the problem. nearly. Most manufacturers seem to use this buckle design and the metal buckle version works very well in all but a few rare cases. so they can be found by getting on the ground, finding them, putting them back in their respective places in their tool bags, and then back onto the roof, which is already a hazard to anyone who might be on the ground. Luckily, perhaps due to my heightened awareness from previous experiences with plastic belt buckles, I was able to catch and rebuckle the belt before an accident happened. belt before it falls off and therefore letting go of one or both hands could be problematic to say the least. preferred belt for working at height.
