Negative Online Shopping Experience at Omnigrid

Since I use rulers and ruler racks frequently for my textile arts and needlework projects, I couldn't wait to give Omnigrid a try. My interactions with the company were poor. To begin, I found their website to be cluttered and hard to use. It was challenging to track down the precise items I needed, and even when I did, the descriptions were often insufficient. Because of this, it was hard to make educated buys. When the package finally arrived, I discovered the contents were subpar at best. Despite assurances to the contrary, I found that the rulers were not as accurate as advertised. My rulers kept falling out of the racks because they were so flimsy. Furthermore, their customer support was useless in resolving my issues. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I received flippant comments and no attempts were made to fix the problem. My time spent shopping at Omnigrid's website was generally unpleasant and unproductive. The company's products aren't up to par, so I wouldn't suggest them to anyone interested in stitching or other textile arts.

Pros
  • rulers with accurate and exact marks.
Cons
  • items of mediocre quality.
