Review on ZeroWater ZJ-004S, 5-Gallon Refillable Filtered Water Cooler Jug, NSF Certified for Lead Reduction, Heavy Metal and PFOA/PFOS Removal by Ana Walker

Before I get into the details, I have to say that I genuinely believe the ZeroWater filter is the best out there. So even after numerous dispenser failures I am still trying to get their dispensers working. I hope you take the feedback seriously. I don't normally post reviews, even though I do spend my paycheck on Amazon, but I feel like I've had enough of your company's poor design with the donors. This 5 gallon water container/filter that fits in a water dispenser has just reached its boiling point. I used to buy your 10 cup dispenser and your 40 cup glass cylinder dispenser and now this square pitcher. DO IT RIGHT, PLEASE STOP SUFFERING YOUR CUSTOMERS. I've been trying to insert this water jug into the newly purchased Avalon dispenser for two days now but it just won't work because the top of the jug with the built in "float valve" hits the bottom of the water dispenser stopping the water. flows through the dispenser. Look carefully at the photos I included in this review. You will see all the workarounds I've tried. Use alien bands to add some height to the pitcher and uncover the water outlet, but no, that just won't work. I have to pick up the water jug every time the dispenser tanks run out. It is possible to buy two items for a total of about $250 and I still suffer from this major inconvenience. complaining about trifles, but that's just unacceptable. HOW DIFFICULT ARE FLOAT VALVES ALREADY BUILT INTO WATER DISPENSER? WHY HAVE A UNIQUE DESIGN AND MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS SUFFER FROM POOR PERFORMANCE? PLEASE HELP ME TO MAKE THIS. UNLESS I mentioned it earlier in this review, this was my second night trying to install this water dispenser and still no success. hp I can't say anything bad about the water dispenser itself as that's not the problem. It works as it should. I understand that this dispenser manufacturer is not what ZeroWater specifically states as a compatible dispenser, but they also claim that their 5 gallon water jug is compatible with most major water dispensers on the market. NOT CORRECT. Again Ps: This is the second time I am trying to give a review of the ZeroWater dispenser. the previous one never made it into the reviews section for some reason and I'm not sure why. I'm following the fate of this review so I can post it on other channels in case they get blocked again. TLDR: loves the Zerowater filter, I'm sick of the poor performance of their water dispensers.
