Ok I would give 5 stars but it's not waterproof or sustainable. That I ride A LOT in the rain because I live in Oregon and there's no shortage of rain in PNW. I was so excited to see that Sena released a headset that made it easy for me to switch from helmet to helmet. and is fairly easy to install. but if you go out in the rain, be careful. It dried out and turned on and was usable after about 10 minutes of starting the ride, but it just turned off and wouldn't turn back on when the rain suddenly hit me. So he didn't mind driving in the rain, otherwise I would be even more upset. I haven't used the intercom yet, so I don't have words for it. However, I did get a few calls while driving, it didn't protect very well from the wind but other than that it was very clear and unless I was driving into a headwind the person on the other end of the line could hear me clearly. and didn't even know I was using a headset. The wind is something of an enemy with this device. Sometimes it's hard to hear because of the strong wind. I had to constantly turn the volume up and down depending on the wind.
