Flexzilla Braided Swivel Air Hose, 1/2" x 2 ft The male 3/8 NPT swivel end clearly did not insert deep enough into the Flexzilla hose prior to crimping and was leaking profusely before the compressor could even reach 20psi that it couldn't build any higher pressure. I'm tempted to think someone would assemble them in their garage because mass production would a) never allow this bug and b) QC would have found it in QC. Returning it is not worth my trouble.12 7 2020 MANUFACTURER REPLY ANSWER BELOW: Why should I call and speak to you? I made my point: you sold me junk and lost a customer forever, that's all. No amount of apology or explanation will change the fact that you held up my project and the cost of the hose is irrelevant in comparison.
