🔧 Flexzilla Swivel Whip Air Hose, 1/2 in. x 2 ft. - Heavy Duty, Lightweight, Hybrid, ZillaGreen Review

No leaks when properly connected with liquid Teflon sealant. I also appreciate how flexible and flexible the hoses are and I really appreciate the high pressure output I use in my workshop with a very large air compressor (7.5hp, 220VAC, single phase EMax).

Good hoses, but the pivoting end narrows the airway more than I was hoping. They came in sacks that contained some kind of black liquid, and it got into one of the sacks. Luckily, it just hit the threads of one connector and was able to extinguish it. Industrial oil maybe?

Had to replace the hose that came with my 3/4 inch dash. Same hose, only the original had a burn hole for BB welding. Otherwise both hoses work great. It's a lot easier to hook up a whip like this to a large hose than trying to hook up a large hose to a shock hose. The hose allows more flexibility to get into deep wheels or hard-to-reach places. The hose adds very little weight, which you wouldn't notice with a 3/4" drive.

I bought two Flexzilla whips. One was ok, this one wasn't. When I took it out of the sealed plastic bag I found it was rusty/corroded. I assumed the brass fittings clearly weren't since brass doesn't rust/corrode. Of course as this is for an air compressor fitting I will not trust a rusty/corroded fitting and will be returning it. I can't imagine how something like this could happen to quality control. Very disappointed as the reviews were good.

So far it's holding up well. I used this to connect a compressor hardline on one end to a filter/humidifier on the other end. The key to this is the swivel heads that this whip has. The seller sent quickly, the quality is good. You need at least one swivel end (this one has it) to make it practical for connecting two hard lines. This works fine for my application.
