Review on 🌡️ ennoLogic eT1050D - High Temperature Dual Laser Infrared Thermometer for Surfaces, Accurate -58°F to 1922°F by Kevin Hernandez

The device will not scan above 1202F. The HAL high temperature alarm will not allow the value to be set above 1202F. This means when I check the temperature of the steel I've been heating, all I get is a HI from the device if the steel temperature is above 1202 F. Which makes this device unusable for me. I'll be back. As a side note, although I ordered the eT1050D and that's what I got, the maximum temperature of 1202 F is the advertised temperature range of the eT650D. I'm not sure if they made a factory mistake and mislabeled the eT650D as the eT1050D, but it seems more than coincidental.
