Review on ๐Ÿ”’ High-Security U-Lock: Abus GRANIT XPlus 540 โ€“ Optimized for SEO by Wayne Espinoza

It seems most of these U-locks can be cut with.

So I had a Kryptonite U-lock about 30 years ago, I figured it would do for my son's college bike. After seeing how many bikes were stolen during his freshman week of college, I decided to reconsider our bike lock. I started googling U-locks and this lock kept popping up at the top of the list. It appears that most of these U-locks can be cut with a larger bolt cutter. I decided on an ABUS U-lock because it was significantly cheaper than a new bike. This lock is heavy, you can feel it when you touch it for the first time. For my son, the weight doesn't matter as he won't be wearing it often. He either stands on a bike rack or is held to his bike with the included padlock holder. We love this lock and think it will protect his bike throughout the school year. We also bought a 7 foot tire gauge cable. We tried the 4ft cable first but it was too tight and the extra 3ft really helps.
