I live in an apartment and there was an ancient Brita filter in the kitchen sink that was leaking. I took it off and found I needed a new aerator as the other one was falling apart it was so old. But I had no idea what size aerator to get or what brand of sink I had. Since these aerators were cheap I decided to take a chance and hope they fit and I'm so glad I did! There are threads on both the inside and outside of each aerator (so each fits a male or female sink). There were some rubber parts included which I ended up not using, but the aerator itself fits my sink perfectly, screws on easily and works great! 2.2 GPM is ideal for washing dishes. And it's good to have a spare aerator in case I need it. I'm glad this aerator worked!
