worked for me (pretty much)

I did not use the wire cutters at all (just left them in the package), so I can't speak to them. But I put the crimping tool to the test with this project. I purchased the crimper to attach stainless steel fittings for a wire railing around a dock. The project required about 70 crimps. This product worked really well on most of the fittings. I ended up using a pair of dull bolt cutters to help crimp some of the fittings. For the price, it worked well. I just think that some of the stainless steel fittings are too hard for this tool, but for the price and for what I used it for, it was worth it.

Pros

Compatibility : Crimps 12 AWG to 2/0 AWG size copper and aluminum wires. Maximum crimping power: 10 tons. Crimping Stroke : 12mm. The hydraulic crimper's head can be rotated 180° freely to benefit narrow space working, a good choice for battery and welding cables, power wires, electrical cables, etc.
