Not a bad filter but there are better ones

They appear to be loose on the main filter housing stem and after a recent experience with water in the fuel tank I was glad I installed a NAPA Gold filter. Water did not get into the injection system, but stopped the engine and completely blocked the filter. I was concerned, but emptying the filter housing and putting in a new cartridge got me back on track.
