Fantastic pot set This beautiful professional pot set is perfect as a starter set for one person or as a useful addition to an established cookware collection. The pots are made from durable stainless steel with a 5 layer composite base so they are very easy to clean and heat evenly eliminating the risk of food sticking and they are dishwasher safe! The smaller, long-handled pot holds 6 cups (1.5 liters) and the larger holds 9 cups. These are great sizes for making sauces, reheating soup or leftovers, cooking 2-4 portions of rice, steaming or steaming vegetables, baking a small casserole or quick bread, etc. The design of the pot is fantastic - both the handles and the lids . feature hinges so pans can be stored on wall or ceiling shelves. The pots are strong enough to be carried from the hob to the oven, to an induction hob or to an open flame. A really nice feature is the three tiny vents in each pot lid that allow you to let off steam and drain liquid without the need for an extra strainer - you can keep the pot covered and drain liquid.
