We're sorry you didn't listen to the reviews. The mirror image quality is amazing. However, rather disappointed by their technical application. The right exterior mirror motor often gets stuck when adjusting and loses sight of many important driving angles. Just like the heating element is defective. Both mirrors appear to have been wired incorrectly as every time I press the heated mirror button my truck's courtesy light and blower motor fuse pops open. Never had this problem until these lights were installed. Likewise! If you try to contact the seller, good luck. Call me blind but I can't find their contact info as I want to get them under guarantee as the right hand mirror is unusable not to mention they are iced up and now can't be heated.
