I've been buying MRM serum for over ten years. The last one I bought (fall 2020) no longer says low temperature processing. I can say. It looks different and I "feel" the difference. I have an autoimmune disease. High quality whey protein makes me feel better. This product is now on par with cheap Walmart brands. Unless a protein undergoes low-temperature processing, most protein chains break. This means that it is no longer a usable protein. They do this to make it cheaper, but the protein content comes out a lot lower than the label says. Essentially, this makes it a scam. I should have known something was wrong when they started "improving" the product with new labels and probiotics that people don't want. Goodbye MRM. A customer who is older than ten years will no longer use or recommend any of your products. They have proven that you can no longer rely on using quality ingredients. What else did you get cheaper?
