I absolutely love these lights. Our yard was the talk of the neighborhood! It was fun picking a new light sequence every day. Make sure to protect the USB controller from the rain. While the lights are weatherproof, that controller isn't. A word of advice when you take them down. It's actually something I learned when I put them up. These lights can get easily tangled up. My first string was a mess. To avoid this, slip them over a 16.9 oz (500 ml) soft drink bottle before you remove the ties (see my picture). This will save you a lot of frustration, believe me. Also, be careful handling the lights because they a strung on solid copper wire, so you don't want to be bending or kinking the wires. Keep it as straight as you can. When you take them down, just wind them back around the bottle and put the ties back on them. You'll be glad that you did.
