I was hoping these would go well with my bedside lamps and they fit perfectly. My reason for the lower rating is that when I turned them on they seemed to ooze with excitement. My wife and I felt so hilarious that we had to go back and get something else. It could be something in the transformer that caused this, but I shouldn't be chasing one after the other. I don't want to blast them for it, but it might be a problem for someone else as well.
