Review on Circular saw DeWALT DWE575K, 1600 W yellow by Adam Mielczarek ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

It was bought for cutting an oak furniture board 40 mm on the steps, and in general for general carpentry work instead of a burnt black-and-decker still of an English assembly. The drink is good. "Well tailored, well-knit" - this is about her. It sits very comfortably in your hand, but if you are left-handed (and I sawed something from left to right), then the problem is access to the trigger release button - well, it’s inconvenient to press it with the index finger of your left hand, it is made by pressing it with your thumb (this is when he presses perpendicular to the plane of the handle, and the index for such a movement must be bent with a hook))). The 1.8mm thick stock blade (28 teeth) cuts 40mm oak just amazingly - like a knife in butter, and without chipping at all, so I took a second blade with a frequent tooth for nothing. The cord is long, attached to the saw in the "right" place - it does not interfere, does not bend, does not climb where it is not necessary, and it has a decent length, and it is soft and thick. And now for the minor downsides. There is no knife (it's just convenient when the "keel" holds the saw from behind so that it does not wag . but it seems that no one makes knives anymore. Before buying, I studied its explosion diagram - the shaft is on two bearings, and not on a bearing and a sleeve . but my saw has one of the two creaks when braking from the very first minutes . the Chinese . A thin sole and a very low landing of the engine give a huge immersion in the material, but they play a cruel joke - when sawing along the guide (I had a rule), the engine protruding beyond the sole by 4 centimeters rests on the guide - i. E. he is not able to "fly" over a 1.5-centimeter rule. They put him so low. Well, the real shame is the parallel stop . Firstly, it’s not even perpendicular to the eye out of the box . and secondly, it’s made of plasticine iron - you want to bend like that, you want that. The sole of the stop is short, the rail in the clamps plays, it bends itself . Ugh! The production of the saw body moved to China normally, but the plant’s buyers, obviously through an acquaintance in a nearby basement, take stops for . bonuses .))

Pros
  • power stock drive balance ergonomics of holding key cord
Cons
  • parallel stop no riving knife - semi-deficient engine landing - semi-flaw bearing sound when braking
