Before purchasing this cookware I read many good and bad reviews. I have to say that I am very satisfied with this purchase. This Gotham Steel cookware is not only attractive, but also extremely non-stick, easy to clean and distributes heat evenly and quickly. Gluing has simply misused this utensil. Because the heat distribution is so excellent, you don't have to cook at such a high temperature. For example, when making scrambled eggs, I place the pan on the stove to heat while I beat the eggs. When I finish cooking, the pan is already hot. After pouring the eggs in, I can turn off the stove and cook the eggs using just the residual heat. I also like to add grated cheese to the eggs to melt it. Eggs and cheese slide perfectly out of the pan. I hand wash these pots and pans because they are so easy to clean, it only takes a few seconds. The utensils are also nice and light and very easy to use. The glass lids are vented so they don't evaporate much. My only complaint would be that the handles on the lids can get a bit warm, but that's a minor gripe. Overall I have to say I am 100% satisfied with Gotham Steel and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their cookware.
