My champion 4 was resetting phantom flashes about every hour so I got these 2 packs and installed them in about 10 minutes. My original gasket had a lot of big bubbles which seems crazy for a silicone plastic part. No wonder it leaked. The toilet is about 4 years old and I've been putting bleach tablets in the tank for a while. I have another toilet that is identical and was installed at the same time but it has never had cistern cleaner and has not started leaking yet. I imagine any bowl cleaner set in the tank will cause these things to fail quicker. Out of curiosity, I cut open the bubbles with a utility knife, and drops of water flowed out. The bottom surface now looks relatively flat and can actually seal. This can be a temporary workaround if you test before ordering new gaskets.
