Bought for a trip to Malta. They worked great. Total output is a little under 110V, but it was a stable 110V. For example, if I leave the computer on when plugged in, the battery charges slowly, slower than in the US, i.e. the current was lower than in the US FROM AMERICA. However, I was able to use just about anything, including electrical appliances that didn't have a switch to switch between 110 and 220V. I will be using them in Chile and every other country with 208-230V or so in about a year. I just need to invest in cheap conversion forks. They are heavy but very practical. My wife used it to play a portable DVD player.
