I finally got it right with an unsightly bath ring that forms (due to slow drainage) on the second day of showering. So I decided to check if daily sprays without rinsing really work. I also have a see-through shower curtain that has also slowly built up a film of foam and mold over a period of time. I bought four different brands to see what the differences were and spray tested each of them daily for several weeks, with each product test starting with a clean slate (after regular deep cleaning with a sponge and powder detergent. Here are the results and my opinion:Method Daily Shower Spray - Eucalyptus MintOne star I didn't like the smell at all (although I love eucalyptus) and the bath ring that was still forming after a few days made me realize I had to scrub the tub by the end of the week hold my breath while spraying and the strong smell came out and permeated my whole apartment after a few weeks I shoved off the residue I have to say I'm surprised and disappointed as I thought the method was a more natural and milder product, but it didn't affect me Clorox Tilex Daily ShowerOne star This fragrance is a very strong chemical cleaner , which I dare not inhale (especially because it is EVER TAG!); at the end of the shower, i take a deep breath h, then spray the edges of the bathtub and shower curtain as quickly as possible, and then run out of the bathroom, panting, and don't go for 5-10 minutes B. to get dressed, etc., and after largely evaporating the Fumes go back to the bathroom. otherwise combing hair, putting on make-up and getting ready for the day. Aside from the initial smell of cleaning smoke, the next day when I stepped back into the shower it smelled with a certain faint gross-sweet odor and the residue from the "no-rinse" spray was accumulating more by the day - disgusting- sweet. the smell is a little stronger every morning when i step into the shower and the shower curtain wasn't completely crystal clear. Other than that, there was no mold and the tub ring didn't show up at all. So I drank most of the bottle. I ended up having to do an extra deep cleaning with a sponge and washing powder to rid the curtains of the residue and make them sparkling clean again, and most importantly, to get rid of that acid-sweet smell so I could enter an odor-free shower. Clean Shower Daily Shower Cleaner (although the product photo shows an arm and hammer, my bottle doesn't have it, the label says Scrub Free which I think the previous owner had?) 4 stars PROS: So far this is the best of the bundles. The smell is mild compared to everyone else, I don't feel like I'm getting lung cancer if I inhale while spraying (although I usually try to swallow the entire spray without breathing). The scent is something of a light fresh cucumber scent without much or even a toxic smell of cleaner and dissipates fairly quickly when I return to the bathroom to finish the day's preparations. More importantly, the next morning when I step into the shower I have no smell, no feeling of leftover food, even if it's not a rinse. What's more, there's no visible residue or build-up, leaving shower curtains sparkling clean - the usual soapy suds and shampoo splatters that cloud them are surprisingly absent, and the spray itself doesn't leave a dull haze like other products. The bath does not develop. I tried the spray on chrome and it streaked, so I don't recommend it on shiny, mirrored chrome, but the white porcelain bathtub and clear shower curtain were perfect. CONS: The downside is that the inevitable dripping of the product as the stream runs off the shower curtain and sides of the tub hits the main footprint of the tub, and when I step into the shower the next day in the first few minutes of the shower footprint is a bit slippery. . Not super smooth, but definitely not the neutral finish it would be if it didn't have product on it. After a few minutes, the shower flushes it down the drain and I can stand safely, but I definitely feel like I have to be careful in the beginning. a few minutes before I get in, but then I start to wonder where I really want to go to avoid the tub ring - hold your breath after every shower to spray, and wait and start the shower before I get in. it starts adding PITA after a while and I'm wondering if it's sustainable. Also, I can't shake the lingering feeling that even though it's the lightest and most harmless scent, it's really safe to fill the air with it every day? Soap Bubbles: Stars to be identified. Haven't used this flavor yet, will update review if I continue to check it out.
