I have another Modern Forms (MF) fan in my large room and I love it. I wanted to replace the fan in my cave so I ordered this MF fan. The instructions weren't very clear, but it's a pretty standard ceiling fan, so it's not a big deal. The problem was that the fan blade screws broke off when attaching the blades. It seems that the holes aren't lined up exactly enough, causing the screws to enter at an angle, resulting in streaked screws. I was able to cut screw holes and get it working after considerable effort and frustration. If you weren't so skilled, I would have given up on these fans. positive, the fan in my large room worked for a year without any problems. I hope this fan continues to work.
