. My model uses XWF (NOT XWFE) and I made sure my fridge didn't have a chip reader that might prevent this, but I was still concerned. I had no problems screwing in the new filter and dosing the water. Lately my system has been showing an error code when dispensing water and literally spewing it out, but after installing the Pureline filter, no such code came up and the water is flowing just as fast as it did when I bought the fridge. Very happy with this purchase!
