Useless just wire it right

I don't usually write reviews but some rubbish. I bought them from stock and they were cheap so I figured why not, maybe the same one day. Half of it was missing which is a stock issue from Revain but other than that the product does a very poor job. I knew that and I knew I should never have bought her. Simply use the connectors that come with new sensors, strip the extra insulation to expose about 1 inch of the new wire, disconnect the circuit, and reconnect properly. After installing your original connectors, you may have used the wrong size cable nuts, now is the time to adjust the correct size as needed. It literally takes about 3 extra minutes per detector to fit the cable into the new one and you can be sure you're getting a good, strong mechanical seal (rotate). Everything is done nice and safe and right. Another really good reason to skip this product, the old pigtails they need to be connected to are old and brittle. Romex in the ceiling is fine (Nr stranded wire and good insulation) but if your old detectors are old enough to be replaced the wire is probably done too. Does the old cable work? J-Box with new extra cable length. Should it be fast or should it be right? Avoid this product and spend an extra 3 minutes on the detector to get the job done right. You'll be glad you did.
