This was exactly what I needed and it fit the hole in the hub of my 2013 CR-V. I used a 1 pound rubber mallet (from a hardware store) to hammer it into my car's hubcap. It was easy to assemble with a rubber mallet. It's not just decorative. It prevents the ingress of moisture and dirt. I highly recommend this if your hubcap is missing a part (usually because it fell out of a pothole or was stolen). I just wish it was cheaper because $43 for a center cap/cap is a bit pricey. I checked a few hubcap repair shops nearby and they didn't stock them otherwise I could have bought them cheaper. Do not buy from a retailer or you will definitely pay too much.
