Review on πŸ”ͺ Optimizing SHAN ZU Whetstone: Sharpening and Flattening by David Batte

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Not bad good for hand tools

Although I'm no expert, knives have been sharpened since I was a kid. However, these stones are the first I bought thanks to the advice of the after-sales service of the kitchen knife specialist Dalstrong. The stones are amazingly easy to work with. Be patient with the right grit, watch a few videos and your knives will be razor sharp.

Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
