The product arrived in undamaged packaging but the product itself leaked a little in the box. I couldn't find any damage to the bottle and a very small amount appeared to have leaked so I kept it and used it. The smell is NOT pleasant. Both my husband and I don't like the smell and I can only imagine that it is to somehow discourage pets from being tagged. Even more worrying is that he gave me a mild chemical burn on my arm. After using the "Easy Fill" function and then placing the bottle on the table, a small amount of product leaked out the side of the bottle (possibly due to the bottle being damaged during transport). After a few minutes I felt a burning sensation in my index finger and thumb where I was holding the bottle and noticed red spots covered with tiny white bumps. I had to rinse my hand with water for several minutes before the burning stopped and the redness lasted for about a day and a half.
