I bought this "drill" in 2015 for a hobby but never used it - too late to to return. I had to drill very precise mounting holes in the board (yes, I blown it on a breadboard, but that's another story). First, there is no fence included in the block. and I couldn't find any suggestions. I had a Craftsman table drill stop so I adapted it to fit the spacers. I spent a lot of time tweaking and leveling it. I had to drill .125" holes, since it was a small hole I started with a 1/8" bit. I did a little test by simply lowering the drill while turning to make a mark on the first board. I then carefully measured the position of the marker. It looked good. I then proceeded to drill the hole. When the bat entered the board (FR4 material), it noticeably moved sideways. The resulting hole was about 0.025" off center, which is not very good. Luckily this was my test board and cannot be shipped to my customer. /8" and it ran better. The holes were still slightly offset, so I enlarged them with a #30 bit (.1285"), the largest bit that fits on a Dremel tool. large bench drill. Lesson learned. I do not recommend this item for use on a drill press unless you require precise hole placement.
