Conclusion: This is supposed to be a pan overflow foil. They are VERY, VERY small and the liquid only runs down the sides into the large gap between the bowl and the insert. These stakes don't even reach the top of the bowl wall, let alone beyond the rim. What's the point if they don't cover the whole pan? SAVE YOUR MONEY. These things are a waste of money. I guess I have to keep making my own out of thick aluminum foil. At least I know the liquid won't seep into the pot.
