Just take your time and follow the instructions, but be prepared to bend your arms a bit.

The instructions call for the arrows to be parallel during installation. Well, that's easier said than done (at least for my clumsy hands). I had to bend the second hand up a bit to keep it from catching on the minute hand. This is not a complaint; I'm just not very good at things that require that much precision. And once I bend the second hand (the bend isn't even visible), the movement works perfectly. I'm glad it's second hand and not one of those click-click mechanisms so the noise doesn't keep me from sleeping.
