Pros Overall build quality is excellent, fit and finish is as good as any tool I've seen. Arrived on time, well packaged, easy assembly instructions. Based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews and first impressions, I fully expected to give it 4-5 stars. Cons I bought it to service (2) bikes: a 27lb road bike and a 40lb e-bike. It is listed and advertised as being able to hold up to 65 lbs. It's not like this. When the clamps were tightened as tight as I could, they barely held my road bike at any angle other than perfectly level. The e-bike was completely impossible to hold. I really wanted to like it. It did me no good. I sent it back. Maybe I got a bad one.
