They work well but the threads seem very soft as it should be ok to permanently put them on the Presta valve, but screw them on and it seems the threads are quickly removed every time the tire is refueled. They make the preta valve work like a shredder, but in a bad way. As soon as you press the pump, you lose air from the tire. It would be nice if the advantage of the Presta lasted that long (pump air until nobody can come outside). Fits most hoses, but a headache if your Presta hose can withstand high pressures. It's a race to decompress the pump when it's under 120# pressure and don't want to lose much of it by disconnecting it from the pump.
