🚴 Innolife Aluminum Presta to Schrader Converter: Versatile Car Valve Adapter for Bicycle Bike Tube Pump, Air Compressor Tools Review

I ordered these because I accidentally ordered Presta valve chambers for my everyday commuter bike. I was hoping this would be the perfect way to use all of my existing air and gas station pumps with them as adapters. They work, but be aware that not all air pumps work well with them. The internal pin that opens the valve poses some problems with some air pumps. You may have to move a little to let air in, but they work for me.

I ordered these as part of my bike kits when you need to be compatible with an air pump unit. I've tried them at home with my standard pump and they work great. It was a good and inexpensive choice on my part. I've used them a few times since then and found them to work with some Presta valves but not all as stems are slightly different due to different tube manufacturers. This small difference affects the usability of some air pumps.

I bought these because I lose them a lot. Getting 5 might seem like overkill, but for the price, having a few extremes is definitely worth it. I ended up leaving them on wheels because the color looked so good. If you do this, just make sure you close the valve so nothing can get in and cause pressure loss. I bought these thinking there would be a pair of each color just like other companies that make these presta adapters for Sell Schrader valves. There are pictures of color pairs in the description but you only get one color pair at a time which is really stupid. This means that if you want the same colors on your bike you have to buy 2 sets, which significantly increases the price compared to other offers for the same product. So basically I feel cheated. Buy the WINOMO 10 pack instead.

They are great. I wanted more flexibility of where to add air to my road bike tires other than at home. Especially on the road when I drive when my tires are flat. Now I can fill them with air almost anywhere! You still have to take them off and open the unscrew part on your normal valve and then screw them back on to be able to add air and of course you have to screw the valve back on when you're done. But they're not hard to turn on and off at all. They are well made and you get a few extras.

They work well but the threads seem very soft as it should be ok to permanently put them on the Presta valve, but screw them on and it seems the threads are quickly removed every time the tire is refueled. They make the preta valve work like a shredder, but in a bad way. As soon as you press the pump, you lose air from the tire. My 29er tubeless tire sags after a few weeks if I'm not careful. I'm usually a bit unlucky as it takes a high pressure compressor to inflate a flat tubeless tire. Problem?
