They are great. I wanted more flexibility of where to add air to my road bike tires other than at home. Especially on the road when I drive when my tires are flat. Now I can fill them with air almost anywhere! You still have to take them off and open the unscrew part on your normal valve and then screw them back on to be able to add air and of course you have to screw the valve back on when you're done. But they're not hard to turn on and off at all. They are well made and you get a few extras. I would definitely recommend them if you're like me and want to add air to your tires without needing a dedicated bike pump.
