Review on N442697 DeWalt DWE6411 Orbit Sander Pad Assembly Replacement - Compatible with DWE6411-AR, DWE6411-B2 Sheet Orbital Sander by Ruben Saunders

I have a Dewalt 20v hand grinder (DCW200B) and yes this replacement pad will fit the grinder. All threaded holes match perfectly. The replacement does not include the round black plastic alignment guide that is attached to the back of the original pad. However, the guide is only glued to the pad with a light adhesive. Simply remove the guide from the old block and place the guide in the grinder pre-aligned. The new seal has a new adhesive covered with a label. Peel off the label (and the blue protective film) and place the new pad on the grinder, making sure the screw holes line up. Screw back in and you're done. Very, very easy.
