Review on GlobalConnect by Dee Parson

I really like that you can use your phone number as an account, which makes it easy to have customers call me through my cell or home line without having them enter their own numbers in every time they need service! The only thing is sometimes when using international calling rates there are issues with billing not showing up correctly for some reason but this has been resolved since then so its fine now :) They also charge extra fees if someone calls from outside our local area (which we don't mind) - just something else worth noting about pricing/rates before deciding whether thats ok :). We needed another way besides emailing out invoices etc because people forget things all too often!!
