07/05/2021 - I'm afraid I have to update this review again. After downgrading to 2 stars, the performance deteriorated even further and the connection to my TV kept dropping out about every 20 minutes. This hasn't happened with my previous mechanical switch, nor with the new HDMI switch I just bought. I now rate this switch as unacceptable. This is an update from June 27, 2021. Downgraded from 3 stars to 2 stars. Port 6 is connected to TiVo. When watching 1-hour recordings, the connection to the TV is stably disconnected 1-2 times. I have to select enter again to continue browsing. First 3-star rating: everything ok when it works. Unfortunately port 7 never worked. Port 6 often requires multiple attempts to successfully connect. Since I only need five ports, I can live with those issues, but I'll probably look for a different brand in the future.
