Goods were not objectionable, arrived on time and installation was flawless, but would advise anyone who does the removal and installation to save themselves the trouble and to get suitable pliers or have them on hand for retaining rings. I literally looked through a bunch of them (even configured them myself) before I found a Knipex kit that did the unfortunate task I cursed for days in less than five minutes. BELIEVE IT. I was not stimulated in any way by either this product or Knipex. As expiation for those who don't follow this advice, I ask that you post a set of pliers that you went through before you find one that works. I heard that Matco, Snapon, Mac and Knipex have successful candidates. Many fail
