I wear shoes from size 9.5 to 10 and I chose the size according to the table provided and it fits me perfectly. I like how the material feels and fits. My legs feel healthier, less swelling. Not necessarily, but the only thing I can think of that could improve this item is that it has a wider brim at the top for pulling up and better grip without rolling. Otherwise it is a guardian.
