I connected the camera to my computer and nothing happened. The limited instructions included offered no troubleshooting advice other than the website. It turned out to be completely dead - no automatic quick install of the software, nothing to indicate it was connected. BUT. After reading a reviewer who suggested checking the camera settings on the computer (I've previously used a Droid app with my phone as the camera), I did and the webcam came up as a choice, I selected it and voila. was there and almost ready to go. I then went to the sound settings and selected the webcam and I was done. Everything is set!
