Very disappointed with this product. I've been waiting for this device for over a month with high hopes for a quick and easy vegetable spiral. This device cannot even cook zucchini noodles easily. Forget sweet potatoes and beets, which I regularly make with my Paderno spiralizer. This machine is powered and requires a lot of downward pressure just to start the coils. I will still look for a good automatic spiralizer.
