The quality is at the highest level, be sure to try it.

I would like to be able to fix a less unique fan, but for this form factor this is generally a very rare opportunity, therefore it is not a drawback.

I cut the mounting platform by 1mm. rested against the VRM heatsink on my very specific motherboard.

In the photo it is installed in the system:
Case Chenbro SR301 (mini-ITX)
Motherboard ASUS P12R-I
Processor Intel Xeon E-2336 (TDP65)
RAM 2x Kingston KSM29ED8/32ME

Pros

The cooler fits perfectly into the compact case of Chenbro SR301, complements the organization of the air flow thought out by the manufacturer of the case - the air leaving the cooler is blown off towards the rear wall by an air duct. Does not affect RAM (the clearance from high RAM was about 0.2mm, strips without a radiator) Inexpensive, looks nice from the side
