Their account team is great to talk too! They've been very supportive of my needs which have always come first (and i'm not even an advisor there!). The customer service could be better though - they need consistency as sometimes you deal straight through your own contact but at other times it's via email/Skype or chatbot when things are more informal than formal business situations may require? I just want people who understand what we're doing here so that any questions can easily answered during normal office hours without delays for me / them coming into work late etc SONOVATE has been a great tool to manage my invoicing. It has allowed me to see all of my invoices in one place. I can also send out reminders to my customers and receive feedback. I would like to be able to send invoices on a weekly basis but I don't think this is possible. I would also like to be able to add more information to my invoices when i'm sending them out. I'm able to manage my invoicing and payments in SONOVATE. I can also set up reminders to my customers.
