Waste of money: peeler

I'm a professional bartender and these are more difficult to handle than cheap plastic wrappers. I've tried it on ripe lemons and soft lemons and couldn't get the zest. Due to the high price of this item, there may be a defect. I ended up throwing mine in the trash and going back to the cheap plastic ones.
