Shown above are the Original Equipment PowerStop Extreme ceramic rear brake pads after 45,000 miles. Shown below are the new PowerStop Extreme ceramic rear brake pads. The new ones showed that the pads were very thick. I bought original PowerStop Extreme ceramic rear brake pads and installed them in June 2017. Then I drove my 2008 Tahoe LTZ from Chicago, IL to Los Angeles, CA and San Francisco, CA. then drove back to Chicago, Illinois. a total of 5,600 miles round trip. I am a 20 year old retired professional CDL trucker.
