I have read that someone said that these switches are difficult to connect due to the small size of the connector and I have read that others said that they ruined the switch by using Soldered wires to the connectors, but I had no problems. First be patient. It helps to pre-solder the connectors and wires first, then just hold the wire on one side of the connector and the soldering iron on the other side and heat the connector and wire for about 5 seconds and then you're done. It works much better that way. I love the size and how discreet these switches are. They are great for the extra interior lighting I added to help my kids find their devices who seem to have a bad habit of falling into the truck everywhere.
