This product does not support Plug and Play as advertised. I've tried using it multiple times and each time it "skipped" indefinitely until I turned it off. I wrote to customer service (via email) and the response was quick but not helpful at all. I was asked to fill out a questionnaire, I was given instructions to follow to fix the problem and these instructions were confusing and after trying my best they still didn't work. Wouldn't buy it again, still can't use it, will probably throw it away. Then they asked me (yes) not to be mad at them. I wasn't mad, I was disappointed that I still don't have an external DVD drive.
