I bought these balls to play with my son and his baseball team. So far I've found many uses for them during workouts and warm-ups. Children like to use them too. We throw soft balls when 10 year olds hit hard balls go 12ft max so I can stand by and throw them up without worrying about getting hit. Balls are also good for developing arm strength. So far the balls have been very useful and appear to be well made. I have some with our gear and some at home. The bag is a nice addition and customer service has contacted me to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. A very useful product.
